free as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as payment.
WLANAntennas.com is a Division of InPath Devices. Your invoice and credit card
slips may bear the name InPath Devices.
Warranty Policy:
Please check the manufacturer of the wireless equipment for warranty
information. All Telex antennas carry a 1 year limited manufacturer’s
parts and labor warranty. Telex antennas are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s
defects for a 1 year from the date of purchase.
Return Policy:
WLANAntennas.com provides a wealth of online resources to help you choose the
right wireless antenna for your application. We also offer the resources of
our knowledgeable and helpful support staff to help you choose the right wireless
equipment. However, once you have chosen your wireless equipment and purchased
it from WLANAntennas.com all sales are final. All items are covered by the terms
of the manufacturers warranties, but items may not be returned for credit, refund,
replacement, or exchange. This policy will apply to wireless antennas, wireless
devices, wireless antenna cables, wireless accessories, and all other items
being offered by WLANAntennas.com.
DOA Policy:
If you receive a product DOA (Dead On Arrival) please call 800-988-1914 immediately
to report the problem. We will issue a RMA (Return Materials Authorization)
number that must be included in the return packaging. All products must be returned,
freight prepaid, in original packaging with a copy of the RMA form and a copy
of the invoice. Once the original product is received, we will inspect and test
to determine if the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement.
If the returned products are eligible for Warranty Replacement, we will ship
a replacement unit with a new invoice, freight prepaid, to you. At the discretion
of WLANAntennas.com (and providing the product is in stock) we may advance ship
a unit to the customer, but a credit card number will be required to insure
the original product's prompt return. Any product not returned in original condition
with original packaging, manuals and accessories will be subject to a restocking
fee of up to 15 percent of purchase price.
