The 2480AA is a high-power 200mW, rugged 802.11b access point. Outdoor design allows you to mount the access point outdoor near the antenna minimizing cable runs. Its FCC certification with our high performance sector and omni directional antennas gives network operators the coverage options they need.The 2480AA includes two antenna ports allowing you to attach two antennas (not included) for optional diversity. The access point is powered through the ethernet cable using the included power injector eliminating the need to have power readily available and giving you the flexibility to mount anywhere you choose. Most importantly, the 2480AA's high power output (23 dBm/200 mW) delivers performance at or near FCC EIRP limits without amplification.
