This sector antenna was designed for WLAN or WISP applications for frequencies
of 2.4 - 2.5 GHz. The wireless sector antenna has an azimuth beamwidth of 125
degrees with a gain of 12 dBi. F/B is greater than 25 dB. A type-N coax connector
is standard. This wireless sector antenna's mounting bracket features a 0 to
20 degree down tilt adjustment. It is designed to mount to a 1" to 2" OD round
mast and is vertically-polarized.
Applications include the following:
- Compatible with 802.11b/g wireless devices
- Outdoor
- Access Point directional antenna
- Use if access point is located at edge of coverage area
- Use multiple sector antennas to get better range than an omni directional
antenna
